Grady Privett Joins Devenish as Swine Research Manager
Devenish Nutrition is pleased to welcome Grady Privett, whose deep roots in agriculture and specialized expertise in swine nutrition bring valuable research leadership to the team.
Grady grew up in northeast Arkansas, where working on his family’s row crop and cattle operation first ignited his passion for agriculture. That foundation led him to pursue a B.S. in Animal Science and Agronomy from College of the Ozarks, where he also gained hands-on experience at the college’s swine research facility and completed industry internships that deepened his interest in swine nutrition and production.
Driven to expand that knowledge further, Grady went on to earn his M.S. in Swine Nutrition from Kansas State University. His graduate research spanned sow and nursery pig nutrition, biomarker relationships, and commercial swine production systems; building a strong foundation in both applied research and real-world production environments.
In his role as Swine Research Manager, Grady will hold primary responsibility for the supervision and coordination of all aspects of Devenish’s past, current, and future swine research projects. His applied research background and firsthand understanding of commercial production systems position him well to advance Devenish’s commitment to science-led solutions that deliver real results for producers. Grady will be based at Devenish Corporate Headquarters in Fairmont, MN.
