Zach Duncan Steps Into Ruminant Nutritionist Role at Devenish

Zach joins Devenish as our newest Ruminant Nutritionist, bringing a strong academic and research background in cattle nutrition to the team.

 

Originally from North Central Missouri, Zach grew up with a commercial cow-calf background continuing on to earn a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Missouri, then completing his M.S. and Ph.D. in Ruminant Nutrition at Kansas State University. Zach brings with him a strong background in nutritional strategies to optimize cattle performance through his work conducting several applied and basic cattle feeding studies.

 

In his new role, Zach will be focused on utilizing applied science and data analytics to help cattle producers make informed decisions that maximize performance and profitability. He will be residing in the Des Moines, IA area.
