Devenish Grows Ruminant Team with Addition of Jon Kreutner

Devenish Nutrition is pleased to welcome Jon, whose knowledge of the livestock industry and expertise in cattle nutrition will be a great asset to the Devenish team.

 

Jon grew up on a family farm in Iowa, where raising row crops and purebred Hereford cattle first ignited a passion for agriculture. That foundation led to active involvement in the cattle industry, including showing cattle and serving on the Iowa Junior Hereford Board.

 

Jon went on to earn a B.S. in Animal Science from Iowa State University, with a focus on Beef Cattle and Ruminant Nutrition. Following graduation, Jon gained extensive experience working at several large feedlots and cow-calf operations, including a ranch in Montana. In recent years, he has applied that expertise serving cattle producers directly, providing nutrition consulting to help producers solve problems and improve profitability in their operations.

 

In his new role as Ruminant Account Manager, Jon will expand that reach further, leveraging the resources and support of Devenish to help even more producers succeed and grow.

 

Outside of work, Jon enjoys helping on the family farm, raising cattle, horseback riding, spending time with his wife and dogs, and enjoying the outdoors.
